Your Agreement With Our Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the cke44 platform, accessible at cke44.net and any related sub-domains or mobile-optimised URLs operated by cke44 ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with cke44 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

cke44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and/or by a notice displayed on the Platform at login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translated or informally summarised version, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

cke44 operates as an online entertainment platform offering sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey), live casino table games, video slot titles, crash games, and fishing arcade products — all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial recreational use by adults aged 18 years and above who are accessing the Platform of their own free will and who are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or regulatory prohibition applicable to them personally.

cke44 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. cke44 makes no representation that any product or service described on the Platform is appropriate or available outside of the intended market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are doing so entirely at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cke44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of cke44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or use any cke44 content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of cke44.

To access the full features of the cke44 Platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Registration is free. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant the following:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. cke44 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify your age as part of the KYC process before processing any withdrawal.
2. All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
3. You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
4. You have not previously held a cke44 account that was closed for a Terms violation, including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraudulent payment activity, or underage registration.
5. You are not currently subject to any voluntary self-exclusion agreement that applies to the cke44 Platform.
6. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
7. You understand that cke44 is an entertainment platform. You are not relying on gambling as a source of income, and you acknowledge the risk of financial loss inherent in all forms of gambling.

KYC Verification

cke44 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal request, and at any time thereafter when cke44 deems verification necessary for compliance or security purposes. KYC documentation may include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete. cke44 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts. Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. cke44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. cke44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals — where the payment account is registered to a different person than the cke44 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being reviewed.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cke44 account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Card deposits are credited within a few minutes subject to card issuer authorisation. cke44 does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees — cke44 has no control over or liability for third-party payment provider fees.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by cke44 within 1–4 hours for standard mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. cke44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

cke44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

1. Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bet credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a ৳10,000 bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳100,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash.
2. Minimum odds: Where wagering requirements apply to sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must meet a minimum odds threshold as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not count toward wagering requirements.
3. Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate (often 10%–20%), and certain games may be excluded entirely. 4. Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Uncompleted wagering requirements and associated bonus balances are forfeited upon expiry. Time limits are stated on each promotion page.
5. One bonus at a time: cke44 does not permit simultaneous use of multiple deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Players who wish to opt out of a bonus before completing wagering requirements should contact support — the bonus balance will be removed and the account returned to real-money balance only.
6. Bonus abuse: cke44 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-variance betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion, collusion between players, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.
7. Promotional eligibility: cke44 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any promotion at its sole discretion. A promotion available to one player does not create an obligation for cke44 to offer the same promotion to all players.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a cke44 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at cke44 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and hockey — is governed by the sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type. Key principles include:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL governing authority, FIFA, etc.).
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets may be voided and stakes returned — specific rules depend on the sport and market type and are published in the sportsbook rules section.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any point during an event at cke44's discretion.
• Obvious errors in odds — including manifest pricing errors — may be voided by cke44 at any time. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have affected bets voided and accounts reviewed.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets. Limits vary by sport, competition, and market type and are displayed within the relevant betting market interface.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error during a game or bet settlement, cke44 will investigate the incident using server-side logs. If a malfunction is confirmed to have affected the outcome of a game or bet, the affected round or bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. cke44 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake. The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all casino game titles on the cke44 Platform.

As a registered player on the cke44 Platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You will use the cke44 Platform exclusively for lawful personal recreational purposes and will not use the Platform to facilitate any form of financial crime, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.
2. You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the cke44 Platform in a way that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents the Platform's normal operation.
3. You will not attempt to access any part of the cke44 Platform that you are not authorised to access, including administrative interfaces, game server APIs, or other backend systems.
4. You will not engage in collusion with other players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games, coordinated bonus exploitation, or sharing account access for combined wagering advantage.
5. You will keep your account information — including your email address and mobile number — up to date. Outdated contact information that prevents cke44 from reaching you for KYC or security purposes does not diminish your obligations under these Terms.
6. You will not deposit funds into your cke44 account using a payment method that does not belong to you. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
7. You will not chargeback any payment to your cke44 account through your bank or card issuer without first raising the matter with cke44 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action for recovery of funds.
8. You will comply with cke44's responsible gaming tools if requested to do so — including accepting deposit limit reductions or cooling-off periods applied by cke44 under its responsible gaming obligations.

cke44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity fraud, or collusion;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Discovery that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion agreement that applies to the cke44 Platform;
• Account activity that cke44 reasonably suspects constitutes bonus abuse, money laundering, or exploitation of software errors;
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed toward cke44 staff via any communication channel;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. If the real-money balance is not connected to any fraudulent activity, it will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file after any legitimate outstanding debts or bonus forfeitures are deducted. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeit upon closure for cause in all circumstances.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your cke44 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that you have withdrawn any real-money balance, as unclaimed balances in closed accounts are held in accordance with our standard dormancy and unclaimed funds policy. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel your gambling is becoming a problem — please consider requesting a self-exclusion period rather than a permanent closure, as self-exclusion carries additional protections. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cke44 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce the real-money balance below zero. Full dormancy policy details are available from our support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cke44 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the cke44 Platform. Specifically, cke44 accepts no liability for:

1. Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from unsuccessful bets, wagers, or casino game outcomes;
2. Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cke44 Platform;
3. Any losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events;
4. Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
5. Any losses arising from technical malfunctions in third-party game software, beyond the return of the affected stake as described in Section 5;
6. Any losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank);
7. Any content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party websites that may be referenced on or linked from the cke44 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cke44's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent that any provision of this limitation of liability clause is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which cke44 is registered and operated.
